How can I shop at Shop Now?
You may acquire your chosen objects with ease

- by purchasing them in person during the announced Rapp Shop Now Days at our gallery.

Who inspects the objects?
All pieces are carefully examined by our specialists, including watchmakers, jewellery experts and collectors’ specialists. We guarantee authenticity and describe each object with clarity, care and transparency.
You are warmly invited to view your favourites in person prior to purchase and to seek our advice. Your confidence in every acquisition matters to us.
What payment methods are available?
- Credit card payments up to CHF 5’000.–
- Bank transfer for all orders of CHF 5’000.– and above
How long do I have to pay by bank transfer?
Please arrange payment within 5 days. Items not paid for within this period will automatically be returned to sale.
Can I return an item?
For items up to CHF 4’999.–, we offer a voluntary return option within 4 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- unworn and unused
- complete, including all accessories and original packaging
- returns sent by registered post, at the buyer’s cost and risk
Important: This return option is offered voluntarily by us and is not based on EU return rights. Swiss law expressly applies to Shop Now.
When is a return excluded?
- For items of CHF 5’000.– and above
- For all watches
- For special sales and promotions, where this is clearly communicated in advance
- For purchases made during the Rapp Shop Now Days, where announced accordingly
What should I know about watches?
Pre-owned watches are generally excluded from return.
To ensure you purchase with confidence:
- Each watch is examined prior to sale by our watchmakers and specialists.
- We guarantee authenticity.
- As these are pre-owned objects, we cannot guarantee the presence of every original manufacturer component.
- In most cases, any manufacturer’s warranty will have expired.
We will be pleased to advise you personally on any watch.
Are the products authentic?
Yes. We guarantee the authenticity of all brand items offered.
What should I know about condition?
All objects are pre-owned. Minor signs of wear are to be expected and do not constitute a defect.
Are shipping costs included?
- Switzerland and Europe: complimentary
- Overseas: flat-rate shipping
Customs duties and import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
